A Coaching Culture Starts With The Leaders
An organization's ability to tap on the Leadership Team's coaching capabilities to ripple the benefits of coaching to all employees is crucial to building a coaching culture.
To develop a coaching culture in an organization, we start with exposing senior leaders and key stakeholders to BRIEF Coaching. Through our engagement and coaching process, we help organizations develop internal coaching capabilities with their leaders.
A Conversation is what it takes for an employee to experience BRIEF Coaching.
For a sustainable coaching culture, coaching conversations have to be one of the dominant styles for managing employee performance and development.
